You don't need to know the whole alphabet of Safety. The a, b, c of it will save you if you follow it: Always Be Careful.

The prevailing traffic conditions and self safety issues on Indian Roads put to risk the lives of millions of people while computing. Self safety habits must be inculcated early childhood to groomindividuals who are sensitized towards safe road habits, not only ensuring self safety but also the safety of others. Students can play a pivotal role in increasing awareness among the parents and community at large.

The school has committed itself towards sensitizing young generations to develop road safety habits.

THE SCHOOL ROAD SAFETY VOLUNTEERS TOOK THE INITIATIVE OF GROOMING ROAD SAFETY SENTINELS THROUGH THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

Realizing the vulnerability of children on our roads, various discussions and meetings were held with the school Principal, teachers and road safety club coordinator debating the need to introduce Road Safety as a separate subject in the school curriculum. After this exercise it was decided by us to use student-centered interactive strategies along with the following topics in the curriculum:

• Road Safety Habits
• Safe Driving Norms
• Common Driving Mistakes
